Are you a small business?
We know budgets can be tight when you’re running a small business, so we’ve created flexible rates that make marketing more affordable. You’ll only ever pay for the hours or projects you need, with no hidden extras or long contracts. It means you can dip into the skills of a full marketing team without stretching your budget, perfect for growing businesses that need support that scales with them.

Who are we?
We’re Kirsty and Kathryn, the founders of Fractly.
Our story began at Robert Gordon University, where we both studied for an MSc in Digital Marketing. What started as classmates quickly grew into a friendship, and over the years, into countless projects, freelancing side by side, and supporting each other through the ups and downs of working in this industry.
Through that experience, we noticed a pattern. Businesses were often left with too much on too few shoulders, single marketers expected to cover everything, or freelancers trying to manage it all on their own. At the same time, agencies could feel out of reach.
We believed there had to be a better option.
That’s why we built Fractly. A place where businesses can tap into the right skills at the right time, without the overheads of a full agency. And where freelancers aren’t left to figure it all out alone, but instead have the support and structure they need to do their best work.
Today, Fractly reflects what brought us together in the first place: collaboration, trust, and the belief that marketing works best when it’s flexible, fair, and built around people.

Hi there! I’m Jason, a Digital Production and Asset Creation Specialist with over 20 years’ experience of London based companies. I deliver end-to-end digital solutions, from responsive web builds and HTML email marketing to dynamic advertising assets with video, animation, and SEO optimisation.
My focus is on creating polished, purposeful content that performs across platforms. When I’m not bringing ideas to life online, you’ll find me out kayaking, tackling long-distance cycling routes, or diving into the latest digital trends.
